Any factual refutation of Linn Washington's presentation?
No one denies the pain and grief felt by the Faulkner family, or families of other police killed in the line of duty.
But how does railroading Mumia with an unfair trial (and therefore inflicting similar pain on Mumia's family) serve to rectify that pain and suffering?
It doesn't. And, until Mumia gets a new, fair trial (note that Amnesty International has condemned the original trial, and therefore calls for a new one) nobody can fairly claim that Mumia is guilty.
