Philly on CNN at 10

Thanks to Kate for the heads up:

Anderson Cooper 360 on CNN:

"Bloodbath in the city of 'Brotherly Love.' Why weekends have become war on the streets in Philadelphia. An "AC 360°" special investigation, tonight at 10 ET."

I mean, I really preferred the sixth borough- aren't wetrendy type national coverage we had for a while, but this should be interesting. What interests me is how deep they actually go? Will it be strictly transactional type stuff, or will we be getting into root causes?

What a joke!!!!!!

Is things that bad in this city that we need Anderson Cooper to investigate? Maybe he can find something we are trying to ignore, the TRUTH!!

That kid had enough BB guns to start a baby militia. Why do we keep ignoring these kids that are abused, bullied, and taunted by their peers? These kids are asking for our help before they spiral out of control!

WHEN ARE WE GOING TO THINK ABOUT THE CHILDREN FOR ONCE, HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO DIE BEFORE WE TAKE OUR CHILDREN

SERIOUSLY?????

How many high schools and colleges have to be reported on the news before we get a clue?

Yeah, this doesn't seem to

Yeah, this doesn't seem to be it.

Yeah, this was pretty bad.

Yeah, this was pretty bad. Most of the content focused on details about the kid involved in the plot and his family. I thought it was a little out of line.

By the way, why is Bruce Castor going to TV and giving interviews and speculating about the kid and his family? This 14 year-old didn’t actually hurt anyone. He certainly had the potential to do so, but it’s a little weird that the Montgomery County D.A. is going on television and providing all kinds of details that should be private. Isn’t this family having enough of a hard time? Some things should be more important than publicity.

Castor is running for County Commissioner.

Also the Jack Kelly commercial was totally awesome.

Bruce Castor Loves Bruce Castor

He loves seeing himself on TV. He did the exact same thing with the Britt & Garrett Reid saga; speculating on cases and offering his personal opinion before the facts are actually presented.

Montgomery full of character

As I said, no truth from this "INVESTIAGTIVE REPORTING", it was so funny to hear Anderson Cooper stating that the "Stop Snitching" is the reason why we can't solve any answers to these murders in Philly. Some one just sold 10,000 more of those stupid T-shirts branding that phrase. Its hard to believe that were number 1 in anything , good or bad. But I rather watch the special on Mr. Philadelphia /Mr. Greenfield that was on last night.

But this did open some eyes around the high-class, so-much-better, rich area we call Montgomery County. Yes, even in Montgomery County kids are a little warped in the mind. And I love to see how these children leave so many clues(guns under the bed, websites, journals ,etc) and no one gets a damn clue until it hits Channel 6! We can't be so blind to the fact that our children need quality time instead of prescription drugs.

You're A Rock star Bay-Bay!!!!!!

You can't fault Bruce Castor, he's only doing what any government official would do when a camera is in their face. He's going to give a good show. When anyone is asking questions ,especially on a major network, it's your time to shine! This might get him the votes he need to win whatever race he wants to run for in the latter years. Every govt official love the camera, they sometimes get starstruck for a quick sec, everyone wants their 15 Min's of fame. For some like D.A. Castor he got 30 Min's. Some famous people live in his county, so he feels a little celebrity every now and again. So shine bay-bay shine!!!!!

Just lay off on the extra makeup sometimes , that's all.
