Sen. Hughes with PHAN supporters for a discharge resolution on SB1137

On June 3rd, after a hearing in the Insurance Committee on SB 1137, Sen. Hughes and Sen. Costa announced a discharge petition for SB 1137, which would deal with the malpractice insurance problem and create Access to Basic Care, a good insurance program for folks without coverage.
